Alzheimer’s blood test not far away

LONDON, July 8 (UPI) —Researchers in Britain have identified ten proteins in the blood that predict dementia with 87 percent accuracy. The authors of the new study, which was published this week in the journal Alzheimer’s & Dementia, say the work is a “major step forward” in the quest for a blood test to predict Alzheimer’s.
